There’s a chance Gossip Girl will be returning to TV!

On Thursday, at the TV Critics’ Association press tour, CW President Mark Pedowitz told reporters that there’s “a discussion happening” for a reboot of the iconic teen drama “but I don’t know if we’re there yet.”

While Pedowitz doesn’t “know what it would be,” it all comes down to the involvement of original executive producers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage “cause you don’t want to do anything without them.”

At the ATX TV Festival in 2016, Schwartz told E! News that “[he and Savage] haven’t really explored some of those conversations… Maybe, I don’t know. We haven’t really thought about it.”

The show — starring Blake Lively, Penn Badgley, Leighton Meester, Chace Crawford, and Ed Westwick — ended in 2012.
