Egg Diet – Fine Tuned

boiled-egg-dietThe only diet that worked for me! I’ve tried them all. I mean ALL. And now I’ll share it here. This diet actually came to me from a work friend and I did it, but accidentally change it to work for me and it worked wonders! I lost 30 pounds and am still working it into my daily life. It’s all natural, no weighing things, counting calories, and no buying processed food that is delivered to your door and would last longer than your life.

nosodaNo SODA. Just water, coffee, tea, lemonade without the sugar. You get used to it after 4 or 5 days.

The EGG DIET – FINE TUNED

Day 1: Monday

Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit (usually a mixture of different fruits if you choose)

Lunch – Fruit(s) and 2 slices of bread

Dinner – Cooked chicken and salad (little dressing is fine) as well as any vegetables on it

 

Day 2: Tuesday

Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit (usually a mixture of different fruits if you choose)

Lunch – Cooked chicken and salad (little dressing is fine) as well as any vegetables on it.

Dinner – 2 boiled eggs, salad (little dressing is fine) as well as any vegetables on it and 1 fruit.

 

Day 3: Wednesday

Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit (usually a mixture of different fruits if you choose)

Lunch – Slice of cheese, slice of bread and a vegetable(s). (Looks like a half a sandwich essentially)

Dinner – Cooked chicken and salad (little dressing is fine) as well as any vegetables on it.

 

Day 4: Thursday

Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit (usually a mixture of different fruits if you choose)

Lunch – Just Fruit(s) (Example: Banana, apple, blueberries)

Dinner – Cooked chicken and salad (little dressing is fine) as well as any vegetables on it.

 

Day 5: Friday

Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit (usually a mixture of different fruits if you choose)

Lunch – 2 boiled eggs and vegetables (usually a mixture of different veggies if you choose)

Dinner – Cooked chicken and salad (little dressing is fine) as well as any vegetables on it.

 

Day 6: Saturday

Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit (usually a mixture of different fruits if you choose)

Lunch – Just Fruit(s) (Example: Banana, apple, blueberries)

Dinner – Cooked chicken and salad (little dressing is fine) as well as any vegetables on it.

 

Day 7: Sunday

Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit (usually a mixture of different fruits if you choose)

Lunch – Cooked chicken and salad (no dressing this time) as well as any vegetables on it.

Dinner – Just Vegetables

 

Week 2

Day 1: Monday

Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit (usually a mixture of different fruits if you choose)

Lunch – Cooked chicken and salad (little dressing is fine) as well as any vegetables on it.

Dinner – 2 boiled eggs and vegetables (usually a mixture of different veggies if you choose) and a fruit

 

Day 2: Tuesday

FREE DAY! Don’t overdo it, but enjoy! This is your Fat Tuesday.

Day 3: Wednesday

Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit (usually a mixture of different fruits if you choose)

Lunch – Cooked chicken and salad (little dressing is fine) as well as any vegetables on it.

Dinner – 2 boiled eggs and vegetables (usually a mixture of different veggies if you choose) and a fruit

 

Day 4: Thursday

Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit (usually a mixture of different fruits if you choose)

Lunch – Slice of cheese, 2 boiled eggs and a vegetable(s)

Dinner – Cooked chicken and salad (little dressing is fine) as well as any vegetables on it.

 

Day 5: Friday

Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit (usually a mixture of different fruits if you choose)

Lunch – Cooked Chicken

Dinner- 2 boiled eggs and salad (little dressing is fine) as well as any vegetables on it.

 

Day 6: Saturday

Breakfast – 2 boiled eggs and fruit (usually a mixture of different fruits if you choose)

Lunch – Fruits

Dinner – Cooked chicken and salad (little dressing is fine) as well as any vegetables on it.

 

Day 7: Sunday

Breakfast 2 boiled eggs and fruit (usually a mixture of different fruits if you choose)

Lunch – Cooked chicken and salad (little dressing is fine) as well as any vegetables on it.

Dinner – Cooked chicken and salad (No Dressing) as well as any vegetables on it.

Then Repeat Over Again
