TAMPA (AP) – Navy says flight training suspended for about 175 Saudi Arabian students in wake of Florida base shooting Friday.
This comes following the shooting at the Pensacola naval base that killed three people.
The article goes on to state the following:
A US official says the Saudi student who fatally shot three people at a Florida naval base had hosted a dinner party the night before to watch videos of mass shootings.
The announcement comes after DML News App founder Dennis Michael Lynch and TeamDML pushed against the training program in the wake of the deadly shooting.
In the hours after the attacks, Lynch said the incident was terror-related and tweeted in response to posts by President Donald J. Trump about the incident, asking why America is training terrorists to fly planes.
President Donald J. Trump had tweeted, “My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families during this difficult time. We are continuing to monitor the situation as the investigation is ongoing.”
Lynch responded, “[S]hut the door on Saudi Arabia, wtf are we doing training terrorists how to fly planes!!!”
In a second tweet, Trump said, “King Salman of Saudi Arabia just called to express his sincere condolences and give his sympathies to the families and friends of the warriors who were killed and wounded in the attack that took place in Pensacola, Florida. The King said that the Saudi people are greatly angered by the barbaric actions of the shooter, and that this person in no way shape or form represents the feelings of the Saudi people who love the American people.”
“Please tell ‘the king he can keep his condolences,” Lynch responded to Trump’s second tweet. “They’re as useless as the last set of condolences he sent after 9/11. The Saudi people hate us, and they play politicians like a grand piano to suck us taxpayers dry while laughing along the way.”
Lynch followed up with a Facebook Live video (see below), saying the shooting attack at the naval base was absolutely a terror attack and slamming the hesitancy of the U.S. government and the media to label it as such.
Lynch said Saudi Arabia is not an ally of the United States. “This is an act of terror by the Saudis, on U.S. soil!”
“After what took place by the Saudis on 9/11, the fact that we’re still even dealing with these people is beyond me,” he said, adding that the U.S. should not be training foreigners to fly – definitely not on U.S. soil, definitely not people from Saudi Arabia.
Lynch, with the support of TeamDML, has been spreading the message that terrorists are exploiting our immigration system to enter the United States. In the second video below, retired U.S. Border Patrol Agent Chris Harris explains one way they are doing this.
